Have you seen enough great reviews of Malibu Rising yet? Do you really need one more? No? Good, because I really don’t have anything new insights to add to the conversation. 

I loved: 

🏄‍♀️ the characters- all four Riva siblings are fully fleshed out and authentic. I really want to hang out on the beach with them. 

🏄‍♀️ the setting - Malibu from when it was a sleepy little beach town to when the celebrities started moving in. I swear I could smell the coconut scented Hawaiian Tropic tanning oil while I was reading the book. 

🏄‍♀️ the story- it’s a wild ride from Mick and June’s early romance to the night of Nina’s party. Author Taylor Jenkins Reid weaves together a compelling story of family. 

🏄‍♀️the narration- Julia Whelan is perfection. 

Is it too soon to ask for sequel about Kit? 🙏🏻
